Understanding university culture to support student wellbeing in Wales
This research uses mixed-methods online Group Concept Mapping and qualitative interviews with university students and staff, exploring their perspectives on what university culture is, how it is conceptualised, and how it relates to student wellbeing, within the context of one university in Wales. This aims to inform universities how university culture may be enhanced to better support students and to improve the university experience for future generations of students.
