Climate change has become a primary concern for many authorities and scientists, as it poses one of the greatest threats to life on Earth, according to Welsh officials. Net zero is a novel concept aiming to minimize the release of carbon emissions, resulting in less harm to nature, the Earth's ecology, and human habitat. Achieving the objectives of net zero, however, is a multifaceted management and hybrid decision-making issue, where more than just technological advancements are required; the problem in the broader picture necessitates significant behavioral and systemic changes in society.
