The WGSSS is separate from local university administration.  Queries regarding fees and stipend payments, student records, holiday entitlement, and any issues relating to a student’s supervision and PhD project should be directed to the relevant department/school within a student’s host institution.  In the first instance, please contact your school/departmental postgraduate research office.   

Within a student’s institution, there will also be local points of contact who can advise on any institutional problems or queries about your programme of study:
